From farm to table is not just a concept. It's the philosophy of our cuisine.

A proposal that combines seasonal ingredients grown in our estate's gardens, our own olive oil, and the finest products from the island, with the creative mind of Chef Oscar Velasco, National Gastronomy Award winner and recipient of 2 Michelin stars.

We complement the experience with views of Pla de Mallorca and our vineyards, where we cultivate 4 varieties of native grapes, which talented winemaker Tomeu Llabrés turns into our house whites and rosés, DO Tierra de Mallorca.
