From farm to table is not just a concept. It is the philosophy of our cuisine.

A proposal that combines seasonal ingredients grown in the gardens of the farm, our own olive oil and the best products of the island, with the creative mind of chef Oscar Velasco, National Gastronomy Award and recognised with 2 Michelin stars.

At Jacaranda, we adapt the menus for lunch and dinner, always with fresh products of the day. In addition, on Saturdays we have an exclusive tasting menu where you can explore a variety of flavours and textures.

We complement the experience with views of the Pla de Mallorca and our vineyards, where we grow 4 varieties of native grapes, which the talented oenologist Tomeu Llabrés turns into our house whites and rosés, DO Tierra de Mallorca.
