From the farm to table 

Led by 2 Michelin-stars chef Oscar Velasco, our Jacaranda restaurant is a celebration of seasonal ingredients farmed in our very own gardens and the creative mind of our chef. This is combined with the finest selection of suppliers in this island full of history and recipes that pass from generation to generation.

In our finca restaurant in Mallorca we translate this passion into a seasonal menu that combines the nature of the ingredients and Mallorcan traditions. We offer an innovative weekly menu, a tribute to our natural environment that takes every opportunity to honor its cultural heritage.

At noon you will find a fresh menu with daily proposals from the chef for 44€ and in the evenings a longer menu for 58€. 

For large group events, we propose a careful selection of our best dishes, offering a variety of options for every occasion: the Light Lunch, the Barbecue Menu, the Cocktail Menu, and the Wedding Menu. 

Alternatively, you can send us your wishes and requirements, and we will create a unique menu, inspired by local recipes and the best home-grown produce.

At Jacaranda Restaurant, we offer an extensive wine list with a special selection of Mallorcan wine. Guests are also welcome to taste our own wine made from the vineyards of Finca Serena. Mallorca wine right where it is made.

We also believe that an unforgettable experience should be accompanied by the best cocktails, to be savoured in any of the corners of the hotel. At sunset on the olive tree terrace, or perhaps at noon by the pool? You decide. Our team will be delighted to recommend whatever suits your taste.
