Produce from our gardens combine with the best ingredients from local suppliers who make the most of the bounty from land and sea, and culinary history and family recipes passed down generation by generation are respected and embraced.

 Discover a daily changing chef’s menu, priced € 44 lunch / € 58 dinner. And on Thursdays from the 26th of May, our signature “barbecue under the stars” dinner on the grand terrace, offering a magical evening in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside. (subject to weather conditions)
