From the farm to table

 From farm to table is not just a concept, but the philosophy embedded in the heart and soul of Jacaranda Restaurant. A celebration between seasonal ingredients farmed in our very own gardens and the creative mind of gastronomic director Oscar Velasco

We translate this passion into a seasonal menu that celebrates the nature of ingredients and Mallorquin traditions. The originality is practiced both in place and in taste.

Offering an innovative weekly menu to undertake a broad and inclusive exploration of a single topic: food. An homage to our natural surroundings that uses every opportunity to honor its cultural heritage. 

At noon you will find a fresh menu with daily proposals from the chef for 44€ and in the evenings a longer menu for 58€. 

On Tuesday evenings a seasonal menu of traditional rice will be served. And as the warmer days arrive, from the 1st of May onwards, we offer Barbecue under the stars on Thursday evenings, an unforgettable experience to be enjoyed by the Mallorcan countryside at The Terrace (subject to weather conditions).

For group events we extend a careful selection of our best dishes, offering a variety of options for each occasion: the Light Lunch, the Barbecue Menu, the Cocktail Menu, and the Wedding Menu. 

Alternatively, you can send us your wishes and requirements, and we will create a unique menu, inspired by local recipes and the best home-grown produce.
