Respect for the region’s heritage inspired us to plant only autochthonous varieties to produce a true, DO Tierra de Mallorca wine. Responsible, 100% ecological viticulture nurtures Premsal Blanc, Callet, Giró Ros and Monastrell varietals, while green pruning helps us get the best from the fruit. The expert hands of viticulturist, Tomeu Llabrés, provides rigour and a rich, Mallorcan authenticity to ensure consistently excellent wines.
White Wine
100% Premsal Blanc. Celebrated for its subtlety and elegance. A pale wine with greenish nuances, intense aromas, white fruit and back notes of Mediterranean herbs. Fresh and balanced with a pleasant mid palate.
Rosé Wine
100% Callet. A very pale grey rosé (gris). Characteristic of the island this grape has floral aromas, red fruit and a splash of balsamic. Perfect to share with friends or as an aperitif. High aromatic intensity. Fresh, smooth and elegant.
