Shopping in Palma de Mallorca

Palma is a city full of history, culture and fun, but also plenty of shops and boutiques to lose yourself in on a shopping day.

Shopping in Palma de Mallorca is a must if you are in the city. From small artisan shops to fashion boutiques and big Spanish brands, the city has a lot to offer for shopping lovers.

In this article we tell you about the best streets for shopping in Palma de Mallorca, the different shops you'll find in the city and the shopping centres you can visit with a wide range of brands.

Where to go shopping in Palma de Mallorca

One of the essential shopping spots in Mallorca is the emblematic Paseo del Borne, probably the biggest shopping street on the island. This pleasant tree-lined promenade is a shopping paradise: designer labels such as Louis Vuitton and Hugo Boss, but also fashion chains such as Zara, Massimo Dutti and H&M.

Connected to the Paseo del Borne is Avenida de Jaume III, another important shopping street in the city. On this street you will find well-known brands such as Maje, Pinko, Sandro Paris, Lotusse, Hoff, etc. This is also the location of one of Mallorca's major shopping centres, El Corte Inglés, and the Sephora cosmetics shop.

Other of the best areas for shopping in Palma are Carrer Sant Feliu, the emblematic Rambla full of stalls, and Carrer Sant Miquel or Carrer Sindicat with the most popular shops.

For those who prefer convenience when shopping, Palma de Mallorca's shopping centres are easily accessible and have a wide variety of shops.

The Porto Pi shopping centre is the largest on the island and is located in the Puerto de Mallorca district. It has around 140 fashion and accessory shops and a restaurant area.

On the other hand, the Fan Mallorca Shopping is a modern shopping centre (opened in 2016) with many chain shops and local brands. It also includes a 4D cinema, a rock-climbing area and children's area.
