On this coming Friday 17th September, guests are invited to to take part in Finca Serena’s first ever wine harvest together with our viticulturist Tomeu Llabrés.
This unique experience kicks off at 8.30am when we’ll depart reception for the vineyard, equipped with all necessary equipment for the grape harvest. Once there, our viticulturist will explain how to correctly collect the Premsal Blanc grape in bunches. All who participate will receive a case of 6 bottles of our first harvest next spring, and will be invited to enjoy a traditional harvest dinner among the vines, created especially for the event by our Gastronomic Director, Oscar Velasco.
An aperitif showcasing the island’s finest products (sobrasada, cheeses and charcuterie) will be followed by a traditional “Fideos de es Vermar” (lamb and Mallorcan noodles), to celebrate the end of the harvest *.
All courses are accompanied by the region’s best wines.
