Become part of our wine-making history
We want our guests to become a part of the history of our wine, and that's why, during September 2023, accompanied by our viticulturist Tomeu Llabrés, some of our guests had the privilege of staying with us during the grape harvest days, which are determined by the moment when the grapes are ready to be picked.
Surrounded by a majestic landscape, we ventured into the vineyard and followed the journey of the grape from the vine to the wine.
As night fell, we concluded the experience with our 2023 Harvest Dinner, a menu crafted with carefully selected local island products and paired with the finest wines from the region.
