Wines of Finca Serena, second production
At the Jacaranda Restaurant you can also try an extensive wine list including Finca Serena wines, one of the best secrets of our hotel.
The 10 hectares of native vineyards at Finca Serena have given birth to the best grape varieties Premsal Blanc, Callet, Giró Ros and Monastrell, which are used to produce our white and rosé wines from Mallorca.
We are proud to have finished our second production of wines after the 2022 harvest, done by hand. These are wines with floral and balsamic aromas, very subtle and elegant. Are you up for tasting them?
